Cancellation & Refunds
Clear, plain-language billing terms so customers know exactly what to expect.
Effective date: April 13, 2026
Subscriptions
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew monthly on your subscription anniversary date.
- Included monthly optimizations: Your plan includes a set number of monthly optimizations ("credits"). These reset each billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No prorations: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless a refund is required under Paddle's Refund Policy or applicable law, we do not provide prorated or retroactive refunds for partial billing periods.
Add-on credits
- Add-on credits are optional one-time purchases.
- Add-on credits are used only after your monthly plan credits are fully used.
- Expiration: Add-on credits expire 6 months after purchase.
- Add-on credits do not renew automatically.
Refunds
Purchases of Precision Film Systems are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable law.
Refund request window: Customers should submit refund requests within 14 days of the transaction date. Eligibility for a refund depends on Paddle's Refund Policy, local law, and the circumstances of the purchase.
In some regions, customers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital products and subscriptions. Refund requests relating to billing errors, unauthorized charges, or material technical defects may be reviewed in accordance with Paddle's policy and applicable law.
Cancellation of a subscription does not by itself create a prorated or retroactive refund.
How to cancel or request help
- Use the cancellation / manage subscription link in your Paddle receipt email, or
- Use the contact form and include the email used at checkout.
Chargebacks & abuse
If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly. Chargebacks, fraud, or abuse may result in account suspension or termination.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest version.
