Draft updated: August 22, 2026
Subscriptions
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew monthly on your subscription anniversary date.
- Plan usage: Solo includes 25 cut plans each month, while Shop provides cut plans for normal shop use subject to fair-use restrictions. Solo's included plans reset each billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period unless a refund is granted under Paddle's policy or applicable law.
- Plan changes: Before confirming a plan change, review the price and the date the change will take effect as shown in checkout or your billing portal.
- No prorations on cancellation: Cancellation by itself does not create a prorated or retroactive refund unless required by law or otherwise approved under Paddle's policy.
Trials and promotional offers
When a trial or promotional offer is available, checkout will show its eligibility rules, duration, price after the offer, renewal date, and any cancellation deadline before you confirm. Cancel before the displayed deadline if you do not want the paid subscription to begin or renew. Trials and promotions may be limited to eligible new customers or invited demo users and may not apply to upgrades or existing subscriptions.
Purchased cut plan packs
- Cut plan packs are optional one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
- Flex enrollment requires an initial 5- or 10-plan pack and has no recurring base charge.
- On Solo, purchased cut plans are used only after the included monthly cut plans are fully used.
- Expiration: Purchased cut plans remain valid for 12 months. Your account shows the remaining purchased balance.
- Unused or partly used packs are not automatically refundable. Refund eligibility is determined under Paddle's policy, applicable law, and the circumstances of the purchase.
- Purchased cut plans are licensed for the purchasing account's own work. They have no cash value and may not be transferred, pooled, sold, or resold.
Refunds
Purchases of Precision Film Systems are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable law.
Refund request period: Customers should submit refund requests within 14 days of the transaction date using the link in their Paddle receipt or through Paddle support. Eligibility for a refund depends on Paddle's policy, local law, and the circumstances of the purchase.
In some regions, customers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital products and subscriptions. Refund requests relating to billing errors, unauthorized charges, or material technical defects may be reviewed in accordance with Paddle's policy and applicable law.
How to cancel or request help
- Open your Account page in Precision Film Systems and select Billing Portal, or
- Use the cancellation or manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt email, or
- Use the contact form and include the email used at checkout.
Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid a future subscription charge. The Billing Portal available from your Account page opens the Paddle controls for your subscription. If you need help locating it, contact us before your renewal date.
Chargebacks & abuse
