First one-time pack required at enrollment
Choose the workflow depth that fits how you plan jobs.
Every plan starts with the same core planning step: turning measurements into material numbers and a cut plan.
Solo keeps the workflow focused there.
Flex provides that same core workflow through one-time cut plan packs instead of a monthly subscription.
Shop can optionally reuse that measured project for Scopes, Film on Hand, films, estimates, purchasing requirements, photos, Sun Map, and production guidance.
Solo plan
Core cut planningFor installers who mainly need roll-width comparisons, material numbers, cut diagrams, and a window cut list.
Shop
extended job planningFor shops that want cut planning connected to project scopes, film selection, estimating, customer review, and production output.
What Shop adds to the workflow
Shop is not just a larger cut-plan allowance. Its optional modules extend the same measured project through organization, estimating, purchasing requirements, and production planning. Core planning does not require every Shop setting to be configured.
Organize the project with Scopes
Divide one customer job by floor, elevation, film, crew, phase, or install day while keeping the complete project together.
Prepare customer-ready estimates
Carry job and scope information into branded estimate packets customers can review and respond to online. Explore the estimating workflow.
Plan around a Film Handler
Use saved machine profiles, material-first or time-first planning, and operator-ready Film Handler Setup Guides.
Use optional supporting modules
Use finite Film on Hand rolls, the user-managed Film Catalog, attachment-related job context, calculated attachment linear feet, pricing presets, Job Photos, Sun Map, the Film Order Sheet, and verified project or production output. These modules are optional and do not replace compatibility, engineering, inventory, purchasing, or operator decisions.
What counts as a cut plan?
A cut plan is used when an optimized result is generated for pane geometry or quantities that differ from the saved result. Solo uses its monthly allowance, Flex uses its purchased pack, and Shop provides cut plans for normal shop use subject to fair-use restrictions.
Do saved plans use another cut plan?
No. Reopening saved plans, reviewing diagrams, printing, or checking existing results does not use another cut plan unless the job inputs change.
Can I upgrade from Solo to Shop?
Yes. Plan changes are managed in your account. The app shows the effective date and billing details before you confirm.
How does Flex work?
Flex has no recurring base charge. Enrollment and your first 5- or 10-plan pack are completed together, and you can buy another one-time pack when needed.
Is Precision Film Systems estimating software?
Precision Film Systems includes a job-based estimating workflow built for architectural film projects. It can carry measurements, films, material totals, scope pricing, charges, taxes, terms, and supporting pages into a customer-ready estimate. It is not intended to replace a full CRM, accounting platform, or invoicing system. See the complete estimating workflow.
What happens after the intro price?
Shop is $49/month for your first 3 paid months. After that, it renews at $79/month unless you cancel or change plans before renewal.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. See Cancellation and Refunds for details.
Do purchased cut plan packs renew monthly?
No. Cut plan packs are one-time purchases, do not renew automatically, and remain valid for 12 months. Your account shows the remaining purchased balance.
