Secure customer link
Precision Film Systems creates a secure link to the exact finalized estimate revision. The link can be copied and shared through any appropriate channel.
Email and text behavior
Email opens the user's configured mail application with a prepared message. Text opens the device's SMS composer with a prepared message. The user reviews and sends the message through their own application. Precision Film Systems does not directly deliver email or SMS.
Exact revision integrity
The customer responds to the exact finalized revision that was shared. Later job changes do not silently alter the revision the customer reviewed. Customer acceptance remains tied to that exact revision.
Recorded acceptance
- A customer name is required.
- Acceptance requires acknowledgment of the displayed terms and documents.
- A customer note can be included.
- The system records the decision, response time, terms acknowledgment, and available audit metadata.
- Only one decision is accepted for that revision.
Important limits
Recorded acceptance is not identity verification or an e-signature certificate. It does not collect payment, automatically authorize production, or replace the shop's contracting, deposit, scheduling, and production-authorization processes. Do not treat it as legally binding without appropriate legal review.
